By accessing or using Semideus ("the Service"), provided by SOCAIT Systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Semideus is an AI-powered athletic intelligence platform that provides performance analytics, training optimization, and career intelligence for athletes, coaches, and sports organizations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to compete directly with SOCAIT Systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SOCAIT Systems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property; you grant us a license to process it for providing the Service.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SOCAIT Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though you may request export of your data within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
